Preparing for the growth curve drop with Artificial Intelligence.

The singularity didn’t move further away, our expectations were based on a phase of AI that will never repeat. The model has consumed the world’s historical knowledge. From here forward, progress depends on real time human discovery, governed collaboration, and secure pipelines.

We will see a temporary slowdown as organizations build the guardrails required for safe, deterministic AI.  Once those are in place, the curve becomes a sustainable long term curve.  For agile teams, the concept of collaboration, failures, learning from those failures, storming, then norming will be familiar.  

The reliable benefit curve will not be seen for a few years, and every mile we push, from feature to development to security to system stability will lead to a delta between expectation and reality.  The most stable organizations will see this reality before it hits.  

Keep it small, keep it simple, keep it zero trust and manage expectations as teams learn to develop alongside AI.
